RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. FBexpress will happily return / exchange the unworn, unwashed clothes with tags (if attached) within 15 days from the date of purchase.
2. Customer will have to send back the copy of the invoice and reason for sending back the article.
3. The item(s) do not match the original specifications of the product.
4. Customer will have to send the parcel through any traceable courier service.
5. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
6. Refund requests will be entertained within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
7. All returns should be sent to FBexpress, D-17, Islamabad.
